Item Prices and Availability:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of art featured in stock and 3-6 months for delivery of special orders.
Shipping Information:
Unless otherwise requested by the Buyer, goods will be shipped with the use of carrier companies of our choice with shipping, insurance and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice. The ownership title and the risk of loss shall pass to the Customer upon delivery once a receipt if obtained by the carrier. Should a product be damaged or lost in transit, the Buyer must file a claim with the carrier. Any damage is to be reported to the carrier before the driver departs. Any extra charges for services requested by the Buyer, i.e. special routing, inside delivery, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the Buyer. Shipping costs on all items are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and shall be deducted from any returns. Refused shipments will be subject to all shipping and handling charges.
Return & Refund Policy:
Any items purchased through the IronArt website may be returned for refund a credit within 7 (seven) days after they are received. All orders become final 8 (eight) days after received by the Customer. IronArt shall not accept returns and shall not offer refunds on custom orders or items with custom finishes. The Customer shall be responsible for contacting IronArt with regard to any returns. All returns MUST be pre-authorized by e-mail or by phone. All unauthorized returns shall be refused upon arrival. Items must be in a saleable condition for a refund to be made and must contain all original hardware. Shipping costs on all items are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and shall be deducted from any returns. Refused shipments will be subject to all shipping and handling charges. IronArt shall refund the cost of any returned items reduced by any applicable fees, if the item is not of custom character and it is returned within the specified period of time and in compliance with the applicable conditions. Any and all payments for authorized good returns shall be refunded by means of a company check only.
Payment Method:
Checks Wire transfer or Money Orders are accepted. The deposit of 50% costs on all orders – balance on completion. There will be a $35 fee on all returned checks.
Guarantee:
Only first class materials are used in the manufacturing process. All products are crafted by our experienced team of welders.
All outdoor products are zinc covered (hot tinplate) - Free of rust.
Privacy Policy:
In the process of placing an order we collect the Customer’s e-mail and home addresses that are used exclusively for billing, shipping, and newsletter – related purposes. We do not sell, distribute or share that information with any third parties. Your personal information is stored in a secure file inside our main office.
